Delivery Costs


We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on EVERYTHING! Some restrictions apply, particularly to non-UK mainland addresses - please click on the 'Delivery' link at the bottom of this page for more details. 

The maximum UK mainland standard service delivery charge is £2.95 per order for any number of items.

No matter the weight or size of your parcel you will never pay more than £2.95 for standard delivery. Standard delivery is a 2-5 working day delivery service. 



Next Day Delivery Now only £4.95 - Free on orders over £50!


We also offer Next Working Day Delivery (Monday to Friday - UK Mainland customers only *) - For a limited time only we are now offering FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY on orders over £50. (Our Next Day Delivery cost for orders under £50 has also been reduced to only £4.95) Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day.  Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within two working days.  Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday.  Next working day delivery can be selected at the checkout page if available to your delivery address.

If week days aren’t convenient for us to deliver to you, we also offer a Saturday Delivery ServiceThe cost of a Saturday delivery is £9.95. To use this service you must place your order before 2pm on a Friday and select Saturday delivery at the checkout.   


Deliveries to addresses outside of the UK will be sent by Airmail or competitive courier delivery services. Delivery costs are calculated automatically when items are added to your shopping basket.  Delivery costs are based upon the weight of the total order and are dependant on which country the goods are being delivered to.  This is why we are able to offer you the best possible delivery rates. 

In rare cases, there may be additional courier surcharges to pay for some bulky non-UK orders, and we will contact you directly by email should this be the case.

Please note, if a parcel is refused, this may incur charges.

Delivery addresses

We can deliver to either your home or work address, whichever is most convenient to you.  As the majority of orders that we ship require a signature upon delivery, please try to provide us with a delivery address where goods can be signed for.  If we are delivering to an address which is not the credit-card holders billing address, please provide us with the relevant information to verify your details, especially a land-line telephone number that we can contact you on.

When will I get my goods?

We aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of payment. 

For UK customers, standard delivery service orders (£2.95 for any number of items) will take between 2 and 5 days to arrive.  We also offer a next working day (Monday to Friday) delivery service for UK Mainland customers (£6.95 for any number of items). 

If you are based in the UK we will deliver your order to you using either the Royal Mail or DPD, Hermes and Yodel Couriers.  This is dependant upon the weight and size of your order. 

If your order is being delivered by courier then the delivery will require a signature.  If you are not in when the driver arrives, they will leave a card with local depot information and your consignment details on.  If your parcel is being delivered by Royal Mail or Hermes, then they may deliver your parcel to a neighbour. The order will then be returned to your local depot. You then have two working days to contact them to either arrange a re-delivery or arrange for collection from your local depot.  If you fail to contact them within this timescale then your order will automatically be returned to us at and a handling charge will be incurred.  If this is the case, we can arrange to have your order re-delivered to you but this will incur an additional shipping charge. 

Two delivery attempts by the courier are covered by the delivery cost charged on your order. However, you have the option of collecting your order from the depot for no additional cost.  You will need to contact your local depot to arrange this. 

For customers based in Europe (including the Republic of Ireland), we ship most orders by Airmail and goods should be received within 5 to 10 working days of your order.

For customers based in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other worldwide addresses, most orders are shipped by Airmail and goods should be received within 7 to 14 working days of your order.

Generally items bought from are in-stock and available for immediate delivery.  However, on the rare occasions when we are out of stock of an item you will be notified by email and will be given the option to either cancel your order for a full refund, or provided with an appropriate and acceptable delivery timescale.


Delivery of Damaged or Missing Items


Depending on the weight of your order we may use a courier service to deliver your goods.  In this event your order will require a signature upon delivery.  If the packaging shows visible signs of damage (e.g. rips or tears in the outer packaging) then please sign for the goods and notify the delivery driver that the goods are signed for as 'Damaged'.  You then have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any items that have been damaged in transit or are missing from the delivery.  If the delivery is signed for as 'clear' (i.e. the driver does not note the delivery as 'damaged') you only have until 3pm on the next working day following delivery to notify us of any damaged in transit or missing items.  Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights and you are still entitled to the standard 14 day cancellation period as outlined in the Consumer Contracts (Information cancellation and additional charges) Regulations 2013. 

Returns and Refunds

We are confident that you will enjoy your purchases from  However, in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your goods, we are happy to offer a fantastic no-quibble 365-day money back guarantee.  This 365-day period begins from the date of purchase.  This offer does not affect your statutory rights and you are still entitled to the standard 14-day cooling off period as outlined in the Consumer Contracts (Information cancellation and additional charges) Regulations 2013.

We will provide you with details of returning goods and a returns number which must be included with your goods when they are returned. 

You must also take reasonable care of any goods that are supplied prior to sending them back.  Please note, customers may lose their right to cancel if they unseal and/or try out goods that would be compromised due to health or hygiene reasons.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information cancellation and additional charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.



The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods or in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good

You can also electronically fill in and submit the model cancellation form or any other clear statement on our website, If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

 Effects of Cancellation


If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) .


We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –


  • (a)  14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
  • (b)  (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
  • (c)  If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.


We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest


You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
